Toscano.  This colorful publication provides an overview of silverleaf whitefly and its management.  Color illustrations help in identifying damage symptoms and whitefly species.

Whiteflies in California: A Resource for Cooperative Extension.  UC IPM Publication 19, July 1995. M.L. Flint.
This document was used in the train-the-trainer program and is available to anyone.   It covers a number of whiteflies, their biology and damage.  While lacking in color illustrations, this publication is an excellent overview of major whitefly pests in California, with specific reference to silverleaf whitefly.
